• INTRODUCTORY RATE & GRANDFATHERING POLICY: All subscription tiers currently reflect introductory pricing for founding members. As new features, templates, and consulting resources are added, public pricing will increase. Subscribers who enroll during this introductory phase are permanently grandfathered at their original monthly subscription rate for the lifetime of their active account.

• CONSULTANT CHAT RESPONSE TIMES: Asynchronous communication with your business consultant is processed in the order received.

- Tier 1 (Business Startup & Document Prep): Standard response turnaround is within 48–72 business hours.

- Tier 2 (Executive Advisory & Consulting Suite): Priority response turnaround is within 24–48 business hours.

• DOCUMENT REVIEW LIMITATIONS:

- Tier 1 includes up to 2 professional document or template reviews per monthly billing cycle.

- Tier 2 includes unlimited professional document and template reviews per monthly billing cycle.

• COMMERCIAL CREDIT REPORTING: Monthly subscription fees are billed under Net-30 commercial credit terms for verified business accounts through Asya Yasminn LLC dba Tooche Consulting. Timely payment history is reported to commercial credit bureaus.
